Organizers of the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics on Dec. 7 announced three pairs of designs for the games’ mascots. The schoolchildren all over Japan will review these candidates with their classes casting a single vote in favor of one of the three pairs.
These three pairs of candidates were selected from among 2,042 entries submitted by the public. The winner will be announced on Feb. 28, 2018. If the webmaster were a schoolchild, she would vote for Candidate A.
