If you arrive at Haneda Airport, Tokyo by ANA's domestic or code-share flights, you can purchase "Tokyo Subway Ticket" at Information 5 in Terminal 2 from 6:00 through 22:00. The ticket has the three types as follows: 24 hours (800 JPY), 48 hours (1200 JPY) and 72 hours (1500 JPY). It allows you to take all lines of Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway within a fixed time limit.
